Free Ground Shipping

Free ground shipping will use UPS or a freight service as carrier and will take 2-10 business days. Both a commercial or residential delivery addresses are required when you fill out the shipping address form.

Note: Driver may leave your order, if you would like to have signature required for delivery, you must email or call customer service.

Any expedited service will require a phone call or email to customer service for expedited fees. This includes shipments beyond the Contiguous United States.

Free Ground Shipping does NOT include lift-gate services, inside delivery or any assistance from the freight carrier. Customers are responsible for unloading merchandise from freight carrier’s truck. Carriers will often lend a hand, however they are not required too.
